BMW Audio Upgrade Bronze If you own a BMW will be amazed how good your car can sound. Most BMWs come with 6-inch sub speaker under the seat and 4″ speakers that are in the front doors. If your lucky you may have a door tweeter, because of the way the system is designed the car original system could have sounded good but the speakers were underpowered and not of the best quality.
We have put together a few solutions.
Bronze BMW Audio Upgrade Package
This upgrade will help the original speakers sound better as the amplifier in the radio is underpowered, even if you replaced the speakers with better ones, you would not get the benefit of how good the speakers would sound because the new speakers would be underpowered as well.
Alpine 4 channel amplifier will be connected to original radio boosting the output from approx 22 watts RMS to 50 watts RMS per channel. Labour and all fitting accessories have a total cost of £580.
We can also install a 5 channel amp allowing the bass speakers under the seat to be powered and crossed over separately giving better overall sound in the car for £750
An extra upgrade to this system would be an Alpine tweeter fitted for a further £150 giving the front door higher notes.
This BMW audio upgrade is suitable for BMW 1 Series, BMW 2 Series, BMW 3 Series, BMW Series, BMW 5 Series, BMW 6 Series. Also can be fitted to BMW X3, BMW X5 and BMW X6.
