Was looking to have a Pioneer double-din stereo fitted at Halfords. There were too many hoops to jump through and it was going to take too long. Approached Chris at Autotronix, Bedford who was very helpful and honest. Didn't try to sell me equipment I didn't need. Got me booked in for the following week. Really nice tidy job, looked factory installed. Small glitch with cable to reversing camera. Got me in for the following week and a different cable installed. Very happy with the service I received, would thoroughly recommend!

Great place. Took my wife's 280 slk for upgrade system. Chris couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. They did a great job and she loves the new system. One very happy customer.

Came here to get quote to replace broken rear speakers & upgrade front speakers as well. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff who gave me all price options including unbiased options to also replace aging factory head unit plus dedicated boot sub woofer if required. They didn't pressurise me into buying complete system (head unit, speakers, sub & amp/dsp) unlike other shops I've been to who basically quoted me for all of the above for literally DOUBLE the price! (I suspect they weren't interested in just upgrading speakers as they didn't even give me the option as they need to pay for their huge flashy showroom!) once I've saved up enough money I'll be coming here to get the work done (& save myself a few grand!!)

Update, I have no idea where I got the name John from!!! Anyhow it is Chris. Such a good bloke, friendly and clearly an expert in car audio. Left my car with them and went for a hike. When I got back Chris explained what magic they had woven. The sound is indescribably better than it was. The Audison speakers expertly fitted. I want to drive my car now just to listen. Perfect clarity and smooth bass. I don't listen too loud but that doesn't matter.

I received a call from John at Autotronix and it appears there was some miscommunication issues between us. My car is now booked in for this Thursday which I am looking forward to greatly because I am sure a great job will be done. Will provide an update after then!

I’ve been going here for 20 or so years now to get my car audio parts. The team here are very knowledgeable and helpful. I also call on occasion for “tech support” which is given without issue and no pushing to bring the car in for them to have a look at. I like to do my own installations, because I’m stupid, but when I’ve been stuck and had to take it in for the professionals to complete the work it’s always been a speedy and very reasonably priced service. Would recommend Autotronix first to anyone looking for support with car audio.

As someone who has zero audiophile knowledge and as a woman, I was intimidated by the idea of trying to get my car audio upgraded for my little Kia Picanto. I wanted somewhere reputable, with good reviews, who wouldn't push me to spend thousands unnecessarily, and that I felt in safe hands with. I got all of that with Chris at Autotronix.

Chris was more than happy to accommodate my request to find a solution for my car, while staying within my budget, and considering my accessibility needs as someone who lived too far away for an in person consultation and as someone who feels anxious making phone calls. We discussed my needs via email and he was very accommodating when I needed to move my appointment around last minute.

On dropping my vehicle off, I found Chris to be warm and welcoming. He and his team completed my installation quickly and upon collection, Chris explained to me in a clear way what they had done and what to expect, without making me feel inferior. He also has advised me on future options to further improve my system should I wish to go down that route at a later date and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to come back to do so.

My new set up is so much clearer than the factory one - I can hear separate instruments and clarity in lyrics that I had missed out on before :) Thank you Autotronix Team!

Excellent customer service from Tony and Chris. They installed a WiFi unit, back up battery for my dash cam and tidied up some wiring for the rear dash camera.

Asked to get a Kenwood Underseat sub installed after a failed attempt of doing so myself and nearly ruining the electrics behind the stereo. Done a fantastic job.
